Great customer service, super helpful and kind to send a replacement for the scratched/chipped light base. The light is great to look at and with the right bulb makes the room glow a lovely pink purple hue. Although it looks great that’s only from a distance, the mismatched colours of the crystals get obvious the closer you are. It also looks & feels cheap to the touch, that it’ll get chipped/scratched easily. The only part that feels good is the glass lampshade but even that has a crease along the outside from the mold cast so it isn’t completely smooth. The paint on the inside is easily scratched off. The lamp harp is too small to fit normal bulbs. All in all it’s super unique, I love it, just wish it was made of better quality materials for the price it is. But if you don’t care about that then it’s definitely a keeper
