Just late but it was sorted out and and it look awesome!

This is going to be an awesome gift for my brother! When it first arrived, the box had a big fragile sticker, and the lamp inside was nicely wrapped up in cute Christmas-y wrapping paper. After unwrapping it, I was met with thick Styrofoam protecting everything. Unfortunately, I opened up the Styrofoam to be met with shards of broken glass spilling out. Despite the careful packaging and the "Fragile" label, the people who delivered my package must have been careless. I messaged the seller asking if it was possible to get a replacement for only the glass since everything else was still in good condition. They were extremely quick to respond, and they got the new glass dome to me in one piece (haha). The seller was very nice, and the Ace lamp itself is super cool. I would highly recommend this for anime fans!
